U.S. citizens may apply for their passports on Monday - Friday (excluding state holidays) from 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. at 25 W. 11th Street, Suite 500, Anniston, AL 36201. The passport office can be reached at 256-231-1740.

- State Issued Photo ID (drivers license)
MINORS (age 15 and under)

- BOTH PARENTS PRESENT with State Issued Photo ID (drivers license)
*APPLICANTS AGES 16-17 require parental consent. Must come with one parent, or use a personal check with parent’s signature.
