Individual & Business Registration

In an effort to make our courts more efficient, e-filing has been opened to individuals and businesses. Please note that you will find a couple extra steps for business registration.

The basic steps to registration are:

• Go online at AlaFile
• Complete registration forms
• Print forms and bring them along with your driver’s license to the clerk’s office
• We will associate you with any pending cases
• You will then receive court notices by emailed instead of USPS
• After registration you can file new cases and motions online.
